How to Return Your One Wear Freedom Box

Check your scheduled Return Date and drop off before 5pm! To avoid any late fees, please observe the following Steps to send your One Wear Freedom rentals back to us securely! 

STEP 1

Put all your used + un-used goodies back into the OWF box - remember to keep your removed Security Tags to plant later!

STEP 2

Fill out the Feedback + Review online form (link also found in your Order Confirmation email). Tell us all about your Freedom Journey, what you + the Freedom Outfit got up to, + any other exciting news +/ suggestions! 

All entries will be enrolled in our seasonal competition with a chance to win unlimited free delivery for the following season + a chance to spread + share your Freedom Journey with the entire One Wear Freedom community + BEYOND! 

STEP 3

Remove the delivery info from the clear display area on the front of the box. Replace it with the Pre-Paid Postage Slip provided. If not provided, you can either print this yourself or download the QR code emailed to you and show this to the cashier when dropping off your OWF Box.

If you misplace the return slip, can't print it or are unable to download the QR Code, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can send you a new one + avoid any late return fees.

STEP 4

Secure the box + it's contents using the 2x clear Security Stickers found inside + place it on the front of the box lid securing to the main face of the box

STEP 5

Head down to your local Drop-Off Point/Post Office (find it here) before 5pm on your scheduled Return Date. Hand it over. And that's IT! We'll take care of the rest!
