HOW IT WORKS
If you have never rented before, don't worry! We have broken the Freedom Journey down into 6 simple steps for you. If you're still unsure, we've dispelled some common renting myths over on our blog.
Browse through over 200 outfits and add up to 4 items to your cart. You can shop by occasion, category or price to find the right pieces for you. With each rental, one tree will be planted somewhere in the world on your behalf.
Book your rental slot via the calendar and decide how long you want your items, either 4, 9 or 16 days. We recommend ordering at least 1 day in advance. If you need a longer rental period, please contact us.
Orders are then dispatched and delivered straight to your door using next day delivery or local London delivery. Your order will arrive on the first day of your specified rental slot.
Then, it's finally time to rock your garms! Make sure to plant the security tags attached to your garments on your balcony or windowsill to grow beautiful wildflowers that the bees will love.
On the last day of your rental period, pop the unwashed clothes back into the OWF box and either wait for the courier to collect it or drop it off at your local pick-up point. Make sure to fill out the feedback and review forms!
When we get the clothes back, we do a quick quality check. If no damage is found, we send them to be prepped, cleaned and steamed by our eco-partners Oxwash, ready for the next renter!

Accidental Damage Waiver
Make sure to add the refundable Accidental Damage Waiver to your basket to cover you for any damages like a ripped hem or lost button. If there's no damage, you'll be automatically rewarded the full 500 Freedom Points to use on your next order! (more on Freedom Points below.)
